Electric heating elements warm the tunnel interior; products with pre-applied heat-shrink label sleeves pass through the heated zone(typically on a downstream conveyor) and the sleeve shrinks tightly and conformally onto the container surface. Height is adjusted via a handwheel and lead-screw mechanism to align the tunnel with the conveyor line.

Wipe SS304 furnace interior with a damp cloth after each batch. Aluminum-alloy frame wipes clean easily. Ensure the tunnel interior is free of adhesive or label residue to prevent burning or contamination of subsequent batches.
