SED-0.4TH-U — Column-Type Bin Mixer / Lift-and-Tumble Mixer

The mixing hopper is rolled into the rotating yoke(fork frame) and locked with a clamp nut. The control system lifts the hopper to mixing height and locks it in position. The drive system rotates the yoke at the set speed for the set time. The hopper sits at a 30° angle to the rotation axis, so material simultaneously tumbles with the hopper and slides tangentially along the wall — combined motion delivers optimal blending uniformity. After the cycle, the yoke stops vertically and the hopper is automatically lowered; the controller prints the process parameters. The hopper can be further lifted to discharge height and material flows out through the bottom butterfly valve. One hopper carries the load through multiple process steps without inter-container transfer.
