Two vibration motors generate oscillation that drives material in a jumping motion across a perforated SUS304 distribution plate. Cool, dehumidified air(cooled by a refrigerated dehumidifier from ambient to 10–20 °C) is blown upward through the bed, fluidising the material and providing direct cooling and mass transfer. Spent air passes through a cyclone dust separator, then is exhausted by the induced-draft fan. Cooled product discharges from the outlet.
